Adopt today to help reindeer like Star
Star is used by a mobile zoo to entertain humans at events, in the media, and in ‘therapy’. She is forced into a small trailer to travel, and at her destination held on a lead whilst being petted and photographed against her will. Star will never experience life in a large herd, or the freedom to roam and migrate like her wild counterparts.
In the wild, reindeer live in large herds in cold woodlands and tundra, roaming and migrating up to 3,000 miles together every year. They do not belong in captivity and we must take action to keep them in the wild, where they belong.
Your adoption will help animals
By adopting a reindeer with us today, you will fuel work to protect reindeer and end their suffering in captivity. Freedom for Animals is campaigning for an end to cruel reindeer displays, to save them from the ordeal of transport, confinement, and stressful interactions, and an end to the keeping of all animals for human entertainment.
